Coach executives and managers in the behaviours used by Transformational Leaders to lead cultural change
Identify and measure cultural beliefs, values and attitudes that are driving organisational behaviour, and

Change these beliefs, values and attitudes by engendering acceptance of the new needs of the organisation and the appropriateness of new behaviour
